Participating in the 2025 Innovation Award was an experience as exciting as it was rewarding. This event highlighted forward-looking solutions and allowed us to test our project within a dynamic ecosystem.
Interactions with other startups and professionals revealed the magnitude of the challenge: To raise awareness of and gain recognition for the impact of our solutions. The enthusiastic reception of our business model was encouraging, but it also highlights the need to strengthen our efforts to convince even more people.
This step back is a real opportunity: it pushes us to refine our approach, strengthen our strategy, and mobilize our resources to address current climate challenges. The experience reinforces our commitment to transforming the landscape of sustainable solutions.

Enercool, formerly known asAircool, is a French company based in Nantes, specializing in cool roofing solutions. Founded in 2020 by Maxime Claval, a building thermal engineer, Enercool is dedicated to democratizing the use of reflective paints to reduce the energy impact of buildings during extreme heat events.
The company offers a range of innovative heat-reflective paints , including the white reflective paint SunProtect, which can lower roof surface temperatures by up to 40° C and reduce indoor temperatures by up to 6° C. This results in a potential reduction in air conditioning consumption of up to 40 % .
